Nancy Thomas Bird House

Handmade bird house is about 9.5 inches tall at peak of roof and roughly 7 inches wide. Base itself is square, 6.5 in x 6.5 in. Signed and dated ("2016") by artist on bottom. All wood appears to be in great shape with no cracks or chips. There is one screw on the bottom (last pic) that is not flush.

While not enough to make the house sit tilted, it could scratch wood on say a mantle or shelf. If you are a Nancy Thomas fan I have many more lots currently posted.
